Sam Wei graduated from the Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law. He is the founder and senior partner of RICC & CO., specializing in corporate financial legal services, including equity investment and financing, restructuring by M&A, equity incentives, corporate governance, legal services for film and television cultural enterprises, and commercial litigations.
Sam Wei serves as a member of the CPPCC Committee of Changning District, Shanghai; part-time professor and master's supervisor of East China University of Political Science and Law; arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission; and was selected into the Shanghai Youth Legal Talent Pool. He also serves as a director of the Shanghai Bar Association, director of the Information Technology Working Committee, director of the Legal Technology Committee, and director of the Sports Professional Committee; legal adviser to the Changning District Government of Shanghai, perennial legal adviser of the Shanghai Administrative of Sports, and legal adviser of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District Management Committee.
